Head Cover Gasket for 1999-2000 Yamaha XL LTD 1200 - Replaces 66V-11193-00-00

Aftermarket Head Cover Gasket

The head cover gasket seals the cover on top of the cylinder head, keeping oil and coolant contained and preventing leaks into the hull.

Gaskets compress and harden with heat and age and rarely reseal once a component has been removed, so it is good practice to fit a new one whenever the part is taken off. A leaking gasket can let water, oil or air in where it shouldn't be, leading to poor running, overheating or engine damage.
