Returns Policies

New Products

We accept returns on most new and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for change of mind purchases or incorrectly ordered items.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund processing time may vary, however most refunds are completed within 1–4 weeks depending on return transit times and banking processing times.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition

Items returned with damaged packaging, labels, tape or missing contents may be refused or subject to additional deductions.


Wrecking & Used Parts

Due to the nature of used and wrecking parts, all sales on wrecking products are final. Wrecking parts are supplied on an “as is, where is” basis and no guarantees or warranties are provided unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrectly ordered items
  • Misdiagnosis
  • Compatibility issues where the correct part supplied matches the order placed

As many wrecking parts are unique, discontinued or removed from dismantled vehicles, these items cannot be returned once supplied unless incorrectly provided by us.


Incorrectly Supplied Items

If we have supplied the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange the return and cover applicable return shipping costs.

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the item
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

Our team will provide instructions for returning your item once the request has been reviewed.
