Shipping & Dispatch Information
Standard Shipping
We offer Australia wide shipping across our full range of products using Australia Post and selected courier partners.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the carrier selected. Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Please note some bulky items may incur additional freight charges and may be excluded from promotional free shipping offers.
Pickup Orders
We offer a pickup service from our Helensvale retail store.
Orders are generally available for collection within 1–2 business days after being placed. If you would like to confirm pickup availability or estimated collection times, please contact us prior to attending.
As some products are warehoused offsite, we recommend waiting for confirmation before coming to collect your order.
Express & Courier Shipping
Express and courier shipping options are available during checkout for an additional charge.
Depending on the product size, weight and destination, orders may be shipped using:
- Australia Post Express
- Courier express services
- Road freight carriers
Delivery timeframes vary by region and carrier and are typically between 1–10 business days once dispatched.
Please note:
- Dispatch processing times still apply
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only
- We cannot guarantee carrier delivery times or accept responsibility for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched
Dangerous goods including but not limited to the below cannot be shipped via air freight or express post services:
- Oils and fluids
- Aerosols
- Batteries
Some oversized items may also be ineligible for express delivery due to freight limitations.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries with pricing calculated by size and weight per item.
All pricing displayed on our website is in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Please note:
- Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- Bulky items and dangerous goods cannot be shipped internationally
- International orders are dispatched via Australia Post and transferred to local carrier partners within the destination country
We are unable to accommodate requests for specific international carriers.
Dispatch Information
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days, however dispatch times may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Supplier lead times
- Peak periods
- Payment clearance
Special order items may require additional processing time.
Orders that have already entered processing or dispatch cannot be cancelled.
If delays are expected, our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Bulky Item Surcharge
Certain oversized items may incur additional freight charges and may not qualify for free shipping offers.

We are not responsible for delivery issues, delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information supplied at checkout.
