Where a manufacturer supersedes or replaces a discontinued item with an updated version, the updated product may be supplied where appropriate.
Special Order Items
Special order items include products that:
- Are not normally stocked
- Are ordered specifically on behalf of the customer
- Are sourced from overseas suppliers
- Are custom ordered or manufactured
Special order items require full payment in advance.
Estimated delivery timeframes are approximate only and may vary due to supplier or freight delays.
All special order items are strictly non-cancellable and non-returnable for change of mind or incorrectly ordered purchases.
Wrecking & Used Parts
Due to the nature of used and wrecking parts, all sales on wrecking products are final.
Used and wrecking parts are supplied on an “as is, where is” basis and may show signs of previous use, wear, marks or cosmetic imperfections.
No guarantees or warranties are provided on used parts unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility and suitability prior to purchase.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may only be accepted where:
- The items are normally stocked items
- The order has not already been processed or dispatched
- The items are not special order, clearance or sale items
Payment processing fees may be deducted from approved cancellations depending on the payment method used.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
Shipping Delays
Any delivery dates or shipping estimates provided are estimates only and do not form part of any contract or guarantee.
Jet Ski Parts Warehouse will not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Freight carriers
- Supplier delays
- Payment clearance
- Weather events
- Remote delivery locations
- Other circumstances outside of our control
Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes, promotions and special offers may be offered from time to time and may be modified or cancelled without notice.
