• 316 stainless steel baskets are designed for use in seawater cooling applications and comply with engine manufacturer specifications for screen size and flow rates.
• Basket size is measured by the inlet/outlet size of the strainer. Not the OD of the Basket itself.
• Materials
• Baskets are available in ABS plastic or 316 stainless steel
• Baskets occupy the full height of the strainer body, maximising the filtration surface area
• Available in ABS plastic, which is durable and impact resistant, or 316 stainless steel with a 2mm perforated hole
• 316 baskets can be offered with custom screen
• All models can be specified with ABS or 316 with the exception of SISO 1" - ABS only
• 316 Stainless Steel Basket SISO 4" - 316 only
