Humminbird Transducer Armor Plates

An Armor Plate is designed to protect the transducer from side to side as well as front and back impact. An Armor Plate takes the place of the factory transom mounting bracket.  If the Armor Plate is installed anywhere other than on the transom, for example on the set back wall, some shimming may be required if the angle needs to be adjusted.

A Spring Back Bracket # SBB-5 is recommended when ordering an Armor Plate for all around transducer protection. If an Armor Plate breaks, which has been attached to the boat without a Spring Back Bracket, it has no warranty. Pictured with spring bracket is example only.

6061 High Quality Aluminium Alloy and Black Powder Coated. It is designed for installation on the boat transom and is pre angled to hold your transducer at 70 or 90 degrees needed for proper scanning while installed on standard bass boats.

BMS-AP-H-8.3-90 Degree - To fit Humminbird Helix G3N Mega  SI + DI + Dual Spectrum Chirp transom transducer # XM 9 HW MSI T. Or Solix G2N Mega SI+DI+Dual Spectrum Chirp transom transducer # XM 14 HW MSI T. (For straight transom boats such as pontoons, john boats, etc)
