This flush mount safety ladder is fi tted as standard equipment to many European built yachts these days. It can also be readily fi tted to most yachts at any stage as its basically like installing a skin fi tting. It is suitable for use as a swim ladder or as a safety ladder as you can get back on board without any external help, by simply turning the cap and releasing the ladder to climb back on board. The ladder itself consists of woven rope with 3 x polypropylene steps and 1 x Stainless Steel Handle. Total length of ladder when deployed is 1.1 metres. The ladder is contained in a polyamide tube with a polypropylene cap for optimum Protection and waterproof qualities. The tube should be installed above the waterline ideally on the transom.
